1. Overtime
Overtime fee will be charged if the rental duration exceeds or exceeds 22:00 on each rental day. Customers will be charged overtime charge of IDR 150,000 / hour for Hiace's unit2. Use outside the City Zone
Out of Town Usage Fee will be charged if you travel outside the city / region that has been determined. Use outside the zone that has been determined will be subject to additional fees according to the information in the order of IDR 150,000 only for out of town (South Malang & Surabaya)3. Refund Policy
The car rental reservation cancellation policy will be charged a fee of 50% of the total DP of at least 50%.
